Movie ended, got sick of coke, drank 2 big cups of it.
Went out and travel to Orchard ion, took one big round to reach there,LOL
objective was to look for fountain pens, preferably Waterman or Lamy. ion Orchard got 2 shops, all too expensive, 3-figure sums, went to Taka, look through Artfriend, got lots of cheap calligraphy pens, the next shop sells antique quills, also very unaffordable.
Took an mrt, change to the circle line to Bras basah, the shops there also sells really expensive pens TT. Ate at Mac Donalds instead, John suggested that we go to Mustafa.
switch trains, walked there, tons of Indians, finally brought 2 black Lamy safari fountain pens for only $34 each, thats $11 cheaper than the ones sold at Taka! of course, the way they deal with the products in quantities really affect its value. Satisfied with our product, we took a train back home. Tested my fountain, although its abit old, it really works like a charm, smooth writing and inkflow, strong steel nib structure and awesome modern design with a fancy ink reservoir. currently learning how to write in cursive, lots of things to do, 11 movies to watch, 6 books to read, 4 new games to play and lots more stuff to do after the exams, bye, off to slack.
Its funny how my posts are all in point forms. It seems that only John and I are the only humans left who are interested in fountain pens,, anyone else?
